Whats your warranty on Rustic Cases?

We give every Rustic Case made a 3 year free repair warranty against anything we feel is a manufacturing problem from us. 

How long do orders take to ship?

Rustic Cases are handmade so each order is made individually. Depending on sales volumes you can expect your case to ship between 3-20 business days after your order is placed. Some special circumstances may arrise and you will be contacted accordingly. We appreciate your patience.

What shipping provider do you use?

For all of our orders we us USPS Priority Mail. Domestic orders can be expected to be received in 1-4 business days and international orders in 5-12 business days.

What is your return policy on Rustic Cases?

We offer a 60 day money back guarantee on all Rustic Cases. If for any reason you don't want your Rustic Case just send it back in original and unused condition for a full and prompt refund. Please send your Rustic Cases back in a secure and safe package so it does not get damaged in transit.
